The balance of the above total price is to be paid in full and the enclosed Buy-Sell Agreement signed by the buyer and returned to the seller before shipment (or delivery of said dog(s) to the new owner at my farm). Shipment of the above dog(s) (or delivery of same to the new owner at my farm) is guaranteed or full refund of the above deposit will be made by me. Any loss incurred during shipment will be the responsibility of the carrier and the new owner. I further guarantee the condition of each dog as specified in the Buy-Sell Agreement. Completed Buy-Sell Agreement will be mailed when dog is shipped (or presented upon delivery of said dog at my farm).
