This payment in full is in addition to the payment on ,
of $ as a deposit on said dogs.
Each dog is being sold as a livestock guardian with all proper qualities and appropriate training for same (unless indicated herein) commensurate with its age; with a current veterinarian’s Health Certificate; and with all vaccinations, (shots), dewormings, heartworm medication, etc., prescribed by that veterinarian up until selling date. Each dog is to the best of the seller’s knowledge in good health and comes with a 48 hour health guarantee. During that time, the buyer is to have each dog examined by a licensed veterinarian for a full and complete health check. If any problem is found that each dog is not physically fit as a livestock guardian, the buyer is to return the dog to the seller immediately and in like condition, with said veterinarian’s statement of the specific unhealthy condition, for a full refund of purchase price. This guarantee does not cover accidents, injuries, or shipping costs.
Upon completion of this agreement and the exchange of ownership of said dog(s), the buyer shall become solely responsible for all behavior of said dog(s) from that time on without recourse against the seller.
